After a qute qollaboration with the Escondite Bar in 2022 featuring local djs, dancers, performers, and Resident DJ Sol (Break 4 Love / Hot Dog), we are moving to Little Joy Bar in Echo Park as of July 2023!

 

We are honored to have created this space with so many dj's, dancers, vendors, and performers with community members and organizations in mind. We helped raise over $3k for non-profit Dyke Day LA, $300 for True Self Foundation, and funds for Tzunuumwarrior, an indigenous holistic abortion Doula as well as for local abortion assistance organizations. Please follow them and support! Our vision is to continue to produce queer events with the same commitment to fun AND community. We are also open to event collaborations. Magiq Hour's inception was inspired by the desire to create a space to reconnect with queer, trans, non-binary, LGBTQIAA++ friends and folks after a long period of separation and isolation during the Pandemic. Hopefully in this new stage, we can more safely occupy some public spaces and see more queer faces. You are cordially invited to bring yours to Magiq Hour! (Our first location was all outdoors due to Covid safety. Our new location has an open air structure allowing a good mix of air flow throughout the space). Masks are not required but are always welcome.

Our new location features a full bar, cute mocktail list, and you can purchase food from Quartersheets Pizza next door and bring it into the bar! Get a slice of the perfect Magiq Hour Mome.

Join us every first Sunday for rotating djs, games, hangs, and possibly a few local community orgs. TBD! Catch up with your friends or meet some new ones. Miss you TONS!
